Our team initiated the project by developing GapoWork-HRM from the ground up, focusing on creating a user-friendly interface and highly functional features that cater to the dynamic needs of HR management. The application supports various HR tasks such as employee management, payroll systems, and performance evaluations, enhancing the administrative efficiency of HR departments. By leveraging the robustness of Golang and the flexibility of ReactJS, we were able to deliver a solution that not only meets the current demands of Gapo but also scales for future expansions.
Integration with the existing GapoWork system was pivotal. Our approach focused on ensuring that GapoWork-HRM works in harmony with other components of the GapoWork ecosystem. This integration allows for seamless data flow between systems, enhancing the overall functionality and user experience. The application is in ongoing development, with continuous updates and feature enhancements planned to adapt to the evolving business landscape and user feedback. This adaptive approach ensures that Gapo remains at the technological forefront of HR solutions in Vietnam.
