Our founder has been writing software for 14 years. Computer Science at VNU in Hanoi, then a Master of Information Technology at UNSW Sydney. He started Glinteco in 2022. 4 years on, the people who started it are still the ones running it.
There are 31 of us now. All in Hanoi, all on our own payroll. We do not subcontract your project to anyone.
Between us we cover 6 disciplines: engineering, design, QA, business analysis, AI automation, delivery. You brief once, not six times.
30 companies have hired us since 2022. Most came through someone who had worked with us before. They sit in 3 markets. We overlap Sydney by five hours and London by four, and we run overnight for New York. Every number here is checkable. Ask for the basis on any of them and we will send it before you sign anything.
