Senior
Product Manager

Job Overview

You will own products from the first client conversation to the release after launch. Some are bespoke systems for clients in the United States, Australia, Europe and Vietnam. Others are products we build and sell ourselves. In both cases the job is the same: decide what gets built, what waits, and say no in a way the client accepts.

This is a senior seat reporting to the CEO. You run discovery with founders and operators, write the scope the team builds against, and protect it when the change requests start arriving.

Workscope

  • Run discovery workshops and turn what the client says into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Own the backlog and priorities, and keep them visible to the client and the team.
  • Manage scope on Fixed Price and Time & Materials projects: change requests, estimates, written sign-off.
  • Plan releases with developers, designers and QA, and decide what is ready to ship.
  • Track how the product is used after launch and feed that into the next cycle.
  • Coach our Business Analyst and take part in pre-sales calls when a deal needs product judgement.

Qualifications

What we need

  • Five or more years in product management, business analysis or delivery, including at least two years owning a live product.
  • Strong written specifications: user stories, acceptance criteria, flow diagrams another person can build from.
  • Experience holding scope on fixed-price work without damaging the client relationship.
  • Enough technical understanding to read API docs, question an estimate, and follow a data model.
  • English good enough to run a workshop with an Australian or US founder.

Nice to have

  • B2B systems: CRM, HRM, ERP, or sales tools.
  • Real estate or brokerage domain knowledge.
  • Shipping AI or LLM features in a real product.
  • Figma, Jira or ClickUp, basic SQL.

The application process

  • You apply through the form: CV, email, phone number.
  • We review it and, if it fits, invite you to an interview with the person you would actually work for.
  • A practical task based on the kind of problem you would meet in this job.
  • A final conversation, then an offer with a start date.
