QA Engineer

You will test business systems that companies run on every day: CRM, HR and attendance, sales apps, accounting and admin, and AI agents that talk to customers. When these break, payroll is wrong or a sale is lost, so testing here is not a box to tick before release.

This role also covers client support. When a user reports a problem, you reproduce it, decide how serious it is, get it to the right developer, and keep the client informed until it is closed. You will also set up our QA standard for a new CRM and AI agent product, from test case library to release checklist.

• Write test plans and test cases from user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Run functional and regression testing on web and mobile before every release.
• Test AI agent and chatbot behaviour: wrong answers, inconsistent answers, edge cases.
• Handle client support tickets: reproduce, triage, assign, follow up, close.
• Run UAT with clients and give release sign-off.
• Build the QA/QC process for a new product: test case library, bug workflow, release checklist.
• Work with developers to automate the tests worth automating.

What we need

• Three to five years in QA on web applications, including at least one product you took through a real launch.
• Clear test cases and bug reports a developer can act on without asking you again.
• API testing with Postman or similar, and enough SQL to check data in the database.
• Experience testing business workflows such as CRM, HR, ERP or accounting.
• Calm, clear communication with clients, in Vietnamese and in written English.

Nice to have

• Test automation with Playwright, Cypress or Selenium.
• Mobile app testing on real devices.
• Testing LLM or chatbot features.
• Basic accounting knowledge.
• ISTQB or equivalent.
