Mid-level
UX/UI Designer

Job Overview

You will design web and mobile products that people use for work: dashboards, sales tools, booking flows, admin systems. The users are busy and the screens are full of data, so good design here means clear, fast and hard to misuse, not decorative.

You present your work to clients yourself and stay with it through development. If what ships does not match the design, you notice and say so.

Workscope

  • Map user flows, then wireframes, then high-fidelity screens in Figma.
  • Build and maintain design systems and components the developers can reuse.
  • Present designs on client calls and explain the reasoning behind each decision.
  • Hand off clean files and review the built product against them.
  • Run quick usability checks before work goes to development.
  • Use AI for exploration and variations. Final decisions and files are yours.

Qualifications

What we need

  • Three or more years designing web or mobile products that went live.
  • A portfolio that shows process, not only final screens: the problem, the options, why you chose one.
  • Figma at a working level: auto layout, components, variants, variables.
  • Understanding of responsive layouts and mobile platform conventions.
  • English good enough to present and defend a design to a client.

Nice to have

  • Data-heavy interfaces: tables, filters, dashboards, admin panels.
  • Interaction prototyping and motion.
  • Basic HTML and CSS.
  • Brand and graphic work for marketing materials.

The application process

  • You apply through the form: CV, email, phone number.
  • We review it and, if it fits, invite you to an interview with the person you would actually work for.
  • A practical task based on the kind of problem you would meet in this job.
  • A final conversation, then an offer with a start date.
