DevOps & System Architecture Lead: 15 Years of Building Unbreakable Infrastructure for Global Products

Nguyen Cong Khoa is the COO of Glinteco. He has spent 15 years in technology, focused on the engineering and operations side of building software that works and keeps working.

Before Glinteco, Khoa co-founded Codignify, a software development studio, where he worked hands-on as a developer, and earlier built products as a developer at VCCorp, one of Vietnam's largest internet companies. He also contributed to Noodle Factory, a Singapore EdTech company whose AI platform helps educators automate tutoring and assessments.

His core strengths are DevOps, system architecture, and product development, working mainly in Python. As COO, that is what he brings to client work: making sure things are built well, ship on time, and stay reliable once they are live.

Khoa holds a degree in Applied Mathematics and Informatics from Hanoi University of Science and Technology (2012).

What drives him is straightforward: product quality. He cares about the details clients feel even when they cannot name them, the difference between something that merely works and something that is genuinely solid.

Away from work, Khoa keeps dogs, takes photographs, and listens to a lot of music.
